Experience
I began my sales coaching and hiring career 20 years ago now, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to witness the successful journeys of many of the companies and people I’ve had the privilege to work with along the way.
Early on in my career, I was fortunate to work with several global conglomerates, including Adobe, Infor and Deltek, where I had the opportunity to assess their sales and professional services teams, providing recommendations on how to enhance their performance.
As co-owner of EGOstream, I then shifted my focus to working primarily with founders, helping them strengthen their company’s sales performance to maximise the value of their future exits. Our clients included Content and Code, EACS, Yocuda, Carrenza and Silverbear, who have all since successfully sold.
Since having my three children, TalentBloom is a move back to my roots. Combining my background in psychology with my hands-on sales coaching and recruitment experience to play a small part in helping leaders like yourself achieve your vision for your business, and make your own dreams a reality.
