Now, through TalentBloom, I help leaders unlock the commercial potential of the people they already have — especially those who’d never call themselves salespeople.

Earlier in my career, I was lucky to work with global companies like Adobe, Infor, and Deltek — assessing their sales and professional services teams and helping them boost performance.

Later, as co-owner of EGOstream, I focused on helping tech founders strengthen their sales engines to maximise exit value. Clients like Content and Code, EACS, Carrenza and Silverbear all successfully sold.

TalentBloom is a return to my roots — bringing together my background in psychology with hands-on sales coaching experience to help leaders like you unlock more from the team you’ve already built.
